All rates are for
two persons (unless otherwise noted). Each additional adult in the
same room is an additional $5, a cot is an additional $10, a crib is
an additional $10 and a pet is an additional $10.
Children 17 and
under stay for free in same room with parent.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
Maximum number of people
per room is 6, depending on room location.
Cancellation
Policy
A valid credit card must be given to hold a
reservation.
Guaranteed reservations will NOT be charged if the guest calls
48 hours prior to arrival to cancel, except for Brimfield Antique Market weeks
and special packages.
If a guaranteed reservation does not arrive on the day they made
the reservation it is considered a NO-SHOW and their credit card will be charged
one night room and tax. If the reservation is for more than one night, the
one night will be charged and the remainder nights cancelled.
Package Policies
Package rates change depending on time of year, choice
of accommodations and day of the week chosen.
Packages are not available during Brimfield
Antique
Markets, weekends in October and Special Events.
Children up to 16
years and under stay for free in the same room with parent. Children's
menu applies to ages 12 and under.
Brimfield Antique Market
No packages or special promotions are available during Market weeks.
Brimfield Antique Market dates require a three night minimum stay and three
night minimum payment including tax. Charge card or money order
must be received within two weeks from the date the reservation is made. Any
reservation made 30 days prior must be paid with a valid credit card.
A full refund will be given if reservation is cancelled
30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made within the 30
days prior to arrival, one reserved night will be forfeited and the
remainder refunded.
If you check out early, all reserved nights will be
forfeited and no refund will be given.
Pet
Policy
Pets are allowed in the
Country Motor Lodge Building. A $10 per night fee will be charged.
