WHITE
CHRISTMAS PIE
Sprinkled with Ginger

6 Egg Yolks
3 Ounces Brandy
8 Ounces Sugar
3/4 Ounces Gelatin
4 Ounces Water
1 Pint Heavy Cream
1 Pre-Cooked Pie Shell |

Whip egg yolks and sugar until stiff. Whip cream until stiff -
separately. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and bring to the
boiling point. Combine eggs, brandy and gelatin. Put in pie
shell and place in refrigerator to set. Garnish with whipped cream
and shaved sweet chocolate or chopped pistachio nuts.
Graham Cracker Pie Shell
Mix 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (18 square crackers) crushed;
1/4 cup sugar; 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted. Reserve 1 to 2
tablespoons crumbs to garnish, if desired. Press remaining crumbs
firmly into 9-inch pie plate. Chill.
